We aim to ship all orders the same day if order is received by 12pm (Pacific Time), on a business day. Any order received after 12pm will be shipped the following business day. Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS and USPS.
All products purchased from the website are made pursuant to our shipping agreement. This means that the risk of loss for such products will pass to you when we deliver your product(s) to the address submitted. You will be responsible for the product(s) once they are in your physical possession or once they have been delivered in accordance with the delivery instructions.
If you have received confirmation of shipping but your products have not arrived, please ensure that you have allowed sufficient time according to the estimated delivery times provided to you on your Shipping Confirmation Email.
You can only return to ENDURA products which have been purchased directly through this Website. If you purchased your ENDURA products at a retail store or from another website the products must be returned to the original store or site which they were purchased from.
If for any reason you are not happy with your ENDURA products, please follow our Returns Procedure, so that we can assist you in the exchange or refund of your order. ENDURA reserves the right to reject the return of products which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Procedure and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.
A. Returns or Exchanges
You may return new, unworn or unused products which you wish to exchange or return within thirty (30) days from the date on which the goods were shipped to you. Where you wish to exchange a product, please note that you will only be able to exchange with a product of the same or less value than the original item you wish to exchange.
a) If you are returning goods for exchange or return, there will be no additional delivery charge, however you are responsible for initial shipping charges to exchange/return items.
b) We will not refund the original delivery charge, if applicable, in the case of exchanges or returns.
c) In the case of returns, you will only be refunded the value of the goods ordered.
d) We will only pay the subsequent re-delivery costs (if applicable) if the return is a result of our error or the goods are faulty.
B. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
All goods, except from those covered by the Endura 90 Day Guarantee, must be returned to us unused, together with all original packaging (please note you have a duty to take reasonable care of returned goods and any refund may be withheld or a charge incurred if you fail to take such care and damage the goods). Please make sure that your return package is packed and sealed securely (in or with the original packaging if possible). Packages must be returned with the freight prepaid. We recommend the use of an insured parcel service, such as FedEx, UPS or USPS, as we cannot accept liability (or offer refunds) for any packages that are lost or goods that are stolen or damaged.
We will refund all monies received from you within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product(s) from you.
Endura 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee for MT500, MTR, Pro SL and D2Z products
All products in the MT500, MTR, D2Z or Pro SL range are covered by our 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. With this guarantee you may return used products which you wish to exchange or return within ninety (90) days from the date on which the goods were shipped to you. Satisfaction should be determined through normal use of the product and care instructions must have been followed. Products should be returned in a clean and dry condition. Please provide a clear explanation of why you are unsatisfied on the returns form included in your delivery package.
If you purchased your ENDURA products at a retail store or from another website the products must be returned to the original store or site which they were purchased from within 90 days, with proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
How do I return an item?
With your purchase of ENDURA products, you will receive a Packing Slip and Returns Form.
a) Using the Returns Form: simply fill out your Returns Form as instructed, include the Returns Form in the package and attach the label to the outside of the package and ship back to us.
If you do not include the returns form with your returned items then refund of your order may be delayed.
If there are any discrepancies with your order, you must notify us as soon as possible. If you have been shipped the incorrect goods then please do accept our apologies. Please follow the Returns Procedure and notify us for a pre-paid shipping label. Any replacements will be sent to you at no extra cost to yourself. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days for your refund to be processed, if applicable.
