How to measure

Measure your chest, waist, and torso with a tape measure

Chest: Wrap a tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level all the way round.

Waist: Measure around your natural waist (usually just above your hip bones and below your ribs). Keep the tape snug but not tight.

Torso: Measure straight up from your waist to the top of your shoulder.

If your measurements fall between sizes, go with your chest measurement – velcro adjusters handle the waist.
No tape measure? Use a piece of string, mark the length, then measure it against a ruler.
