How to measure
Bicep: Wrap a tape measure around the fullest part of your upper arm (bicep), keeping it level all the way round. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
- Measure with your arm relaxed at your side for the most accurate fit.
- No tape measure? Use a piece of string, mark the length, then measure it against a ruler.
