How to measure
Measure your waist at the narrowest point, sitting level all the way round. For hips, measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum. Keep the tape snug but not tight, and don’t hold your breath.
- Measure over light clothing or against the skin for best accuracy.
- No tape measure? Use a piece of string, mark the length, then measure it against a ruler.
