Use your usual shoe size (UK, EU or US), or measure your foot length flat on the ground from heel to your longest toe and match it to the foot measurement row.

We were among the first to use neoprene in bike overshoes, and the MT500 Overshoes have been a core part of our range and a best seller for many years. Developed and refined in Scotland, where foul weather is simply part of the ride, this latest evolution is the result of years of testing in the worst possible conditions.
At the front, our unique moulded rubber toe cap with a treaded underside delivers dependable grip when climbing steep, muddy slopes. The standout feature remains that moulded rubber toe cap. It has been completely revamped with improved tread on the underside for even more traction on slippery terrain, along with additional reinforced areas to enhance durability.
Neoprene is ideal for overshoes, providing water and wind protection while adding an insulating layer over your foot. This helps maintain circulation, so you can ride longer in comfort, whatever the weather brings.
