How to measure

Measure your chest and waist circumference with a tape measure

For chest, wrap a tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level all the way round. For waist, measure around your natural waist (usually just above your hip bones and below your ribs). Keep the tape snug but not tight, and don’t hold your breath.

If your chest and waist measurements come out as different sizes, we recommend going with your chest.
No tape measure? Use a piece of string, mark the length, then measure it against a ruler.
