How to measure

Bicep: Wrap a tape measure around the fullest part of your upper arm (bicep), keeping it level all the way round. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

Measure with your arm relaxed at your side for the most accurate fit.
No tape measure? Use a piece of string, mark the length, then measure it against a ruler.
