We know sizing can be tricky, so we've tried to keep this super simple. When we say "waist circumference", we mean your actual waist circumference. Not what it says on the label of your favourite jeans. Same for hips. Easy.

How to measure

Measure your waist and hip circumference with a tape measure

Measure your waist at the narrowest point, sitting level all the way round. For hips, measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum. Keep the tape snug but not tight, and don’t hold your breath.

Measure over light clothing or against the skin for best accuracy.
No tape measure? Use a piece of string, mark the length, then measure it against a ruler.
