Measure your foot flat on the ground from heel to toe

Put your foot flat on the floor and measure from your heel to your longest toe.

All of our shoes are a unisex fit.
We’ve been told our shoes measure up fairly narrow, so if you’re right on the edge of two measurements, we suggest sizing up.

When it is time to hike back up for another run, the toe and heel tread are shaped to offer reliable walking traction. These shoes are always ready for one more lap. An off-set cleat box with increased longitudinal adjustment offers a wide range of stance options, allowing you to position your foot over the pedal exactly where you want it.
