French In-house Translator and Customer Services Executive

The company is based in modern facilities in Livingston, West Lothian and has been listed in both The Sunday Times FastTrack 100 and Sunday Times SME Export 100.
As part of our continuous development we are looking to appoint an In-house translator who will be working as part of our International Customer Services Team.
The role will be twofold with a focus on translations and customer service, and involve translating press releases, editorials, our homepage, product descriptions and social media posts. The successful candidate will form part of our team of multilingual Customer Service Executives and provide support to our retail customers (bike stores) across Europe by processing daily orders, answering phone calls and resolving any outstanding issues.
We are looking for a bright and motivated individual who can demonstrate a passion for translations and Customer Services. We are looking for a French speaker with native level language skills who is fluent in English and has a flexible work attitude. An understanding and passion for cycling would be an advantage but is not strictly necessary.
